Daily Targets
Switching paths recalculates your sodium, sugar & sat-fat targets below — review, then Save. Past days are re-judged against the new limits.

Why these targets?
About your insights
A short read on how you're tracking this month, written just for you.
Based on this month's logs
It looks only at the days you've logged so far this month, up to but not including today — so it never judges a day that's still in progress.
Updates once a day
It refreshes the first time you open Senda each day, then stays the same for the rest of the day.
Resets each month
As a new month begins, insights start fresh once you've logged a few days — a clean slate to see how the new month is going.
For encouragement and context — not medical advice.
Tips for a more accurate estimate
Name the brand or place — e.g. “McDonald's Big Mac” lets us use published data.
Add the portion — “1 bowl”, a count (“3 dumplings”), or grams.
Say how it's cooked — fried, grilled, steamed or raw.
Snap the ingredients label or plate — under the Photo tab; the ingredients label is most precise, and a photo helps us gauge portion.
About & your data
Not medical advice
Senda's targets are general guidelines for an average adult — they don't account for any medical condition, medication, pregnancy or allergy, and nutrition estimates are approximate. It's for everyday encouragement and context, not medical advice. Please talk to your doctor before making changes, especially if you have a health condition.
Where your data lives
Your logs and settings are stored in your own private account and only you can see them. When you log food by text or photo, that description or image is sent to an AI service to estimate the nutrition.
